Location cannot be any better, ideal for exploring the tourist hotspots of Madrid. Staff were helpful & friendly and the rooms were clean & tidy. Slightly in need of modernisation in terms of furniture & new paintwork but that should not distract from it being an excellent hotel

The room was very clean. I was very happy with the various bathroom items they make available. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet even though it's in the very center of Madrid.

The staff was friendly and the room and location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was met with pretty consistent noise at all hours of the day and night, including from outside through the closed window, as well as from the staff in the halls. I was awoken and kept up, and a couple times thought there were people in my room from the staff's louder musings in the hall.
