It is located in a very quiet area, right next to the Avenida América bus station, with excellent connections to other parts of the city. It's ideal for a stay in Madrid.
It has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid comfortable, equipped with a king-size bed and large wardrobes for storage. It also features a comfortable private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils... so you can feel right at home.
The living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite movie or series thanks to its smart TV.
The apartment is very quiet—being interior-facing, no traffic noise can be heard. Perfect for spending time in the capital of Spain.
