Great location in Madrid and a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is small but perfect, with clean rooms that are a good size. The staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. One of the girls on reception kindly let us check in early as our room was ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. A nice extra touch was the daily water bottles each morning, along with a 24-hour coffee machine, drinks and snacks available upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Only thing there’s no air conditioning-we had to open the windows during our stay to avoid overheating. Other than that the place was pleasant if you like shopping youll love staying here. We didnt realize we were so close to gran via but area is still fairly quiet despite the shopping district. Restaurants around the area too-highly recommend this place if you want to visit madrid-youre close to two stations gran via and tribunal
