El concepto es moderno y diferente, pero la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Los baños se encuentran en otra planta, lo que resulta bastante incómodo, especialmente durante la noche. Además, hacía muchísimo frío tanto en las zonas comunes como dentro de la propia cápsula, por lo que el descanso no fue del todo confortable. También encontramos problemas con algunos servicios: el kiosco no funcionaba y los lockers no seguían una numeración correlativa, lo que generaba bastante confusión a la hora de localizar las taquillas asignadas. Como puntos positivos, las instalaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue correcto. Sin embargo, considero que hay varios aspectos operativos y de confort que deberían mejorarse para ofrecer una experiencia más agradable a los huéspedes.
