this is a basic dormitory room with shared toilet, showers and kitchen, although not stated. It is more like a very expensive backpackers hostel and unreposnive staff/website with invalid numbers that even the booking company could not contact. It took two hours to get inside after the taxi ride. It was unsafe for vulnerable people.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento no fue la esperada. Aunque agradecemos la atención recibida, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron nuestra estancia. El principal inconveniente fue que tuvimos que compartir un solo baño con una familia de cinco personas, además de que los huéspedes de la planta superior también lo utilizaban. Esto provocó largas esperas y poca disponibilidad. En varias ocasiones no había papel higiénico y, además, llegamos a encontrar a dos personas utilizando la ducha al mismo tiempo, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. Por otro lado, la cocina compartida quedó muy sucia durante la noche, lo que dificultó su uso al día siguiente y dio una impresión poco higiénica. Consideramos que esta información debería comunicarse con mayor claridad a los huéspedes antes de reservar. Esperamos que estos aspectos puedan mejorar para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a futuros visitantes.
