Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and they had 1 of our 3 rooms available without any extra cost. That room was remodel and looked great, the other 2 rooms were not recently remodel but where big and in great condition. The Hotel was just a short walk from La Gran Vía and the Palacio Real. We easily walk central Madrid from it. Free water and coffee was available near the lobby. Front lobby staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is ok, nothing special I would say. Not even cold milk for the cereal. This is a simple but clean hotel with good location just off Gran Via. Short distance to most things either by walking, metro or taxi. Very friendly service. We forgot the AirPods in our room (without noticing ) and when we came back to collect our luggage they told us. Great service and much appreciated!!
