This hotel is lovely and centrally located. We had some issues with our flights due to weather. hotels.com called to let the hotel know that we would be checking in a day late. We were hoping that we would not be charged since we had until that day to cancel and be reimbursed. Tue hotel didn’t allow us to do that for the one night we weren’t able to stay there. Maybe to some that isn’t a big deal but to me it would have been nice. Especially since we had until that day to cancel with full reimbursement. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire place was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to great restaurants and the Royal Palace. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

This was a great hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Big, comfy bed and window overlooking the inner terrace. Within walking distance to the Prado and Plaza Major. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
