I had a pleasant time and will stay here again next time.

The landlord gave me the password in advance and I entered the room before 12:30. The location was very convenient and the transportation was easy. I could walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. There were good restaurants and gelato nearby. The water, chocolate and wine in the refrigerator were all provided for free. Since I only stayed for one night, I only drank a bottle of water and left the rest for the next guest. None

The location is fantastic. There are numerous lovely tapas bars on the same street and the excellent San Miguel Market is a few minutes walk away. The studio apartment was very comfortable with a large bed, large sofa bed, kitchen and great bathroom. Self check in was straightforward and there was welcome cava, chocolates and water in the fridge! Thank you. It felt very safe, private and secure.
