The apartment is very sweetly decorated, and the location is excellent. We were with a child, and everything was great. Markets and restaurants are nearby, as well as all the city attractions. Even the bus stop for the Zoo is close by. The staff was helpful and friendly. We hope to come back to Cava Baja and Madrid again.

The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and cozy, check-in is easy (before check-in they send you codes that function as &quotelectronic keys" to the apartment), and there is also the option of direct communication with Raquel via WhatsApp if something goes wrong (I needed to cut my trip short by a day and she was definitely there to help!). There is excellent noise insulation between the apartment and the street, which from what I&#39ve read is not something that is taken for granted in Madrid. Overall- great, I would be happy to come back next time I visit Madrid! The noise insulation between the apartments themselves is not that good, but it didn&#39t bother me personally. They asked for a 250 euro deposit in addition to the regular payment for the apartment (it is returned 24 hours after check-out).

La estancia ha sido excepcional y todo ha superado nuestras expectativas. El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, a pocos minutos a pie de Plaza Mayor y con muchísimos restaurantes y servicios alrededor, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por el centro de Madrid. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras preguntas y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Además, nos encontramos con algunas sorpresas muy agradables a nuestra llegada, un detalle que realmente se agradece.😘❤️ Aunque el apartamento no es muy grande, es muy acogedor, cómodo y cálido. Yo diría para 2-3personas máximo y en nuestro caso fue perfecto, ya que principalmente lo utilizábamos para dormir y desayunar. A pesar de los días fríos en Madrid, la temperatura dentro era perfecta y no hubo ni humedad ni olores, algo que a veces ocurre en edificios antiguos del centro. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para la estancia, incluyendo básicos como sal, azúcar, aceite, vinagre y servilletas, el café, té etc. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionaban perfectamente: microondas, grill, cafetera eléctrica y encimera. Nos gustó mucho el detalle de los códigos QR junto a cada electrodoméstico con instrucciones de uso, incluso para abrir el sofá cama. No lo necesitamos, pero demuestra el cuidado con el que está pensado todo para la comodidad del huésped.🤗 Todo está renovado, muy cuidado y realmente pensado para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. En relación calidad-precio, creemos que es uno de los mejores apartamentos que se pueden encontrar en el centro de la ciudad Sin duda volveríamos💕Muchas gracias por todo de nuevo.

A localização é excelente, muito perto do metrô, com várias opções de restaurantes bem próximos e um mercado a menos de 100m. O apartamento é limpíssimo e muito bem equipado, roupa de cama excelente, o chuveiro é ótimo, o Wi-Fi funciona muito bem, o acesso é todo automatizado, o que facilita demais o check-in e o check-out, e a anfitriã é muito atenciosa e disponível. Para completar, fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de espumante, chocolates e bolinhos. Não poderia ser melhor. Voltaremos, com toda certeza. Não gostamos de ter que ir embora. Gostaríamos de ter ficado mais tempo.
