This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

It's very close to a luggage storage facility, a grocery store, several restaurants and, most importantly, a lovely little bookstore :-)The management team was extremely helpful and responsive in the days leading up to and during our stay. We greatly appreciated their help as it was our first time in Madrid and we had a lot of questions. They even facilitated arranging tours for us!
