Area is safe and perfect to move around Madrid. Room needs more cleaning especially in the bathroom space. Hot water in the shower is limited, lasted about 3-5minutes. Bathroom is small but satisfactory for a short stay. Recommend if looking for a cheap, short stay.

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.
