The open-plan kitchen and living area has a large dining table and is equipped with modern appliances, including a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and full set of utensils.
There is also a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study in Madrid.
The apartment has three bathrooms with modern showers, and toiletries like gel, shampoo, soap, and towels are provided. Climate control is ensured with air conditioning and central heating. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also included.

From Atocha Station:Take Line 1 directly to Sol station, change to Line 3 to Plaza España, and from there, it's just a 2-minute walk to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station:Take Line 10 to Plaza España station and walk about 2 minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking facilities. Please check the Madrid City Council website for possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.
