Great location

Good stay if you are planning on a short stay. Wasn’t too much provided for a longer stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, no oven) great location, close to metro. No closet to hang clothes up on hangers/ water pressure in bathroom is very low.

Très bien pour 2 mais pas pour 4

L appartement est très bien situé au 1et étage d une rue commerçante en plein centre de Madrid. Il est très bien conçu pour 2 mais pas pour 4. En effet il y a un 1 lit double pour 2 et le 2ème couchage est un matelas posé sur le 1et lit que nous devons mettre sur un clic clac trop petit. Les enfants ont donc finalement dormi sur le matelas posé parterre. La table est une planche en bois rabattable pour 2 avec seulement deux sièges. Les toilettes sont des sanibroyeur à utiliser sans papier. Et enfin lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons demandé le parking et le propriétaire nous a répondu qu il fallait faire la demande auparavant alors que ce n était pas stipulé dans l annonce donc nous avons dû trouvé un parking à environ 25 € les 24h.

Mala experiencia

Tuvimos un problema con el propietario cuando habíamos dejado el apartamento. Nos acusó de haber roto la vitrocerámica y el wc. Nos reclamaba 700€ por esos daños inexistentes. El trato con el propietario fue despectivo y hasta insultante.
