Nos gustó el parquing cubierto y su acceso al hotel. El trato del personal agradable. El desayuno buffet correcto. No nos gustó la habitación, austera con ventana a un patio interior. Bañera en vez de ducha. Un poco deteriorado. Los colchones correctos. En general repetiríamos si cambiasemos de habitación (hab 108). Bien situado, cerca de un burguer King, un centro comercial y a 15 min del Parque Warner.

We were told the property had Wi-Fi service, which was not working. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The beds were also of poor quality and very uncomfortable. Our room was not properly stocked with amenities and had no toilet paper. Overall, it was poor considering the expectations we gained from review of the website.

La bañera era pequeña y estrecha, pese a ser un 4 estrellas no había jabón ni artículos de aseo en la habitación, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para solicitarlos y sólo nos subieron 2 pastillas de jabón y 3 sobres pequeños de champú tipo muestras. Nada de peine o cepillos de dientes. Nuestra habitación estaba detrás del ascensor y no están insonorizadas, se oyen a los otros huéspedes, la gente pasar fuera, el ruido del ascensor... Entre los ruidos y que el colchón era duro no hemos dormido mucho... Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias, con manchas y por la ventana del balcón entraba luz porque la cortina no tapa mucho el gran ventanal que tiene además de que estaba roída y con agujeros. También es recomendable cambiar la cortina del baño al ser pequeña y de tela.

El hotel bonito pero....

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento,mi habitación termostarto AA roto,puerta wc hinchada de humedad no cerraba,faltaban bombillas en lamparas,la cama y la limpieza bien,el personal parecia que no estaban muy contentos de vernos¨por ser amable´´ sobre todo en el comedor el desayuno escaso de variedad y mas escaso lo hacia el personal del hotel,pues reponian las bandejas cuando se les reclamaba y tardaban lo suyo,en fin para un par de dias como mucho y solo a dormir.Me da la impresion que el personal no esta muy motivado,sus motivos tendran,gracias.

Las habitaciones normales, el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear , muy deficiente par a un hotel de 4 estrellas. En el lavabo el agua de la ducha a primera hora de la mañana salía fría por la noche ya llevaba el agua caliente. Lo único bueno, la proximidad al parque Warner que no estaba lejos. Si tuviéramos que volver a Madrid, no volveríamos a este hotel.
