Denis is great. The communication and effort gave me comfort for my first, on my own, VRBO experience. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. The property was a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Via and an enjoyable walk to many great attractions. If I came back to Madrid, I would be happy to stay here again. This does not apply to my visit, as we were two and the pull out was comfortable, more than three would be tight.

Denis was helpful very easy to speak with. The apartment is in a great location with loads of good places to eat and easy access to the metro and a short distance to Gand Via.It is also quiet at night which is sometimes hard to find in Madrid.It is appropriately priced for what it offers.

The apartment is very nice and located in a central, convenient area of Madrid. It was clean and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, some of the amenities inside the apartment could be improved (for example, having a properly working hairdryer and better blackout curtains would make the stay even more comfortable). With a few small adjustments, the place could really reach its full potential.

La ubicación está excelente, a la vuelta de un Mercadona. Para la entrada no habíamos recibido información pero le escribí a Dennis y si fue muy rápido en contestar y ayudarnos con los detalles. Sin embargo, las fotos están muy editadas ya que no es tan iluminado y limpio como parece. Tenía muchos productos y comida como si alguien ya viviera allí, por lo que decidimos no tocar sus pertenencias y eso hizo que fuese muy incómodo. Incluso habían sábanas sucias dentro del cesto de ropa sucia. Designamos un sartén y un plato para limpiarlo a fondo y utilizarlo, porque todo se sentía muy sucio en la cocina. Los paños olían fatal. No pudimos lavarlos ni nuestra ropa porque la lavadora no estaba conectada ni a las aguas ni a lo eléctrico. No se pueden usar más de dos aparatos electrónicos a la vez porque se baja el fusible eléctrico y el piso se queda sin electricidad. Apreciamos que si tiene aire acondicionado/calefacción en el salón, ya que si era un espacio bastante frío. Pero lastimosamente a pesar de que nos funcionó por su cercanía a todo, nos sentimos muy incómodos en su piso durante nuestras 5 noches.

A very nice cosy area within central Madrid. Only problem was the shower head being way too high and couldn’t be moved and AC/Heating wouldn’t work. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I 100% recommend! Even get a nice twix Bar

We had a great stay. The location is very good, easy walking distance to major sites like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment is small, but it worked perfectly for our family of four (two adults and two young adult kids)The area is very lively and full of young people enjoying the nightlife, so it can be loud at times and late into the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot, specially for young adults that are easy to accommodate in small places, and ready to enjoy beautiful Madrid!

Great location

We liked this property a lot, and would’ve given it five stars, but the mattresses were not very good, which made the sleeping part not so good. Both my husband and my daughter said each morning that they didn’t get much sleep because of it. I however did not experience the same and my sleep was OK. again, everything else was great!
