Cosy one bedroom, one bathroom flat located in one of Madrid’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, the Salamanca district, close to Serrano street.

On entering the property we find the hallway. At the end of it we access the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and desk. The kitchen, integrated in the living room, is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your stay more pleasant.

Returning to the hall, if we go through the panels, we find the bedroom equipped with a comfortable 135cm bed. Next to the bedroom, we find the complete bathroom equipped with a shower. A flat with an unbeatable location where you can rest after a busy day in the city.

The area where the flat is located is known for its glamour and exclusivity. The Salamanca district of Madrid has shops, restaurants and a wide range of leisure activities. It is also well connected to the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to public transport and areas of tourist interest.
