The space is designed to offer comfort and functionality in every corner and is located just 350 mts from Atocha Train Station and 250 mts from Palos de la Frontera or Delicias metro station, which places it in a strategic location in the city center.



From here you can walk to the most emblematic places in the capital: Atocha, Retiro Park just 10 minutes walking, Paseo del Prado, Reina Sofía Museum less than 900 meters away. Other points of interest are the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station 25 minutes walking or also very close Tierno Galván Park or Planetarium



The capacity is indeed 4 people using the sofa bed, but it is more comfortable for 2 people.



The building has an elevator that, while functional, but somewhat narrow, will allow you to reach the apartment on the upper floors.
