Had a lovely time at the Crowne Plaza in Madrid. The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Camila in the restaurant, she was a joy to talk to! The food was delicious, and the rooms were fantastic! clean, comfy, and modern. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was nice. The room was exceptable. However, the elevators took a long time to arrive. We were on the 9th floor. Also the rooms are not sound proof. Overall, not bad if you just go to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and having the metro nearby made it super easy to get around. We always felt safe, even when we came back late. The beds were really comfy and everything was nice and clean. But honestly, the best part was how warm and friendly the staff were - especially Angel, who made our breakfasts extra special. We’d be happy to come back and would highly recommend this place!
