Recently built 3-bedroom apartment with a modern design, decorated in soft and warm colors, fully equipped and with a wonderful location in the best neighbourhood of the city, in the Salamanca district, with all the services for a perfect stay in Madrid.



Located in a nice building with elevator, and facing west to the block's wide central courtyard, it has great luminosity as well as silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets.



It has a very luminous living room with a seating area and a dining area, including a wide sofa, a flat screen smart TV with internet connection, a large dining table and a comfortable folding bed for two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing/drying machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and full tableware, and it has a seating area with stools.



The apartment offers 3 wide bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a total capacity for 8 guests with the living room bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two large twin beds and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and there is a third bathroom located on the hallway. Great Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment on Castelló 95. The space was clean, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed for a relaxing visit. Its location was ideal: quiet at night but just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the apartment had all the essentials for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.

This Place is Amazing

This property is absolutely amazing! My husband, 2 kids (age 10 and 7) and I staid here for several days and absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful and very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to clean). We also had everything we needed from dishwasher soap and shower gels to even a gift of wine bottle and some snacks. Kitchen is also fully stocked up on everything you need and the coffee was amazing! One huge plus for us were the blackout shutters that would close with a push of a bottom. Since we arrived after a long flight from the US, it was such a blessing to just close those blinds and fall asleep in darkness regardless of time of the day. The location was fantastic for us as well! It is a very safe neighborhood with tons of delicious restaurants and shops, grocery market. We walked everywhere at night and it was very safe. It is a short taxi ride to the center of Madrid. Despite it being close to everything, it was quiet. The building itself was locked at all times and had a concierge. The communication with the management company was perfect as well. Our flight arrived very early, at 6 in the morning to Madrid and Nelly was responding right away. Once we got to the condo, she was already there waiting for us and opened it up and showed everything to us. We were very grateful because none of us slept on the plane, so it felt sooooo nice to shower right away and get a good sleep right upon arrival. The place also has central AC, which is definitely nice!

Perfect for our family

We loved this cozy apartment with a great location. Our family of 5 had room to spread out and to all be together when we wanted. Metro station was close, a wonderful bakery on the corner, restaurants, shopping and supermarket are all within a few blocks. We would stay here again!

Property was clean, good location and comfortable beds. Master bedroom was not air conditioned.

Communication was very poor from the beginning. Took days to confirm booking and dates. Any questions went unanswered for days and once we arrived communication ended. We never got our “halfway stay “cleaning, as stated in contract and we asked for clean towels after four days and no one ever responded after multiple requests over two days. We had six towels for seven people and needed garbage bags. Main living space was tight for the seven of us although the bedrooms were spacious. Overall, nice apartment except for air conditioning, but terrible customer service. I will not book with this rental service again. For over $400.00 a night we expected more. We were in Madrid for a family wedding and this poor service put stress on what should have been a happy experience.
