The layout of the apartment is functional, offering both comfort and privacy. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the first two single bedrooms, each equipped with a 90 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower is located just after. To the left of the hallway is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen, the laundry area features a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.
