Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No recommended at all. Upon my arrival they changed my from Fuencarral to Bilbau. 3 stations from the original booked property and Far from the location that I wanted to stay in. And when I asked them why you changed they said we need to give something better and unfortunatly it was worser. They give me old aprtment with no house keeping and no Heating. They did not even let me enter before paying and when i said I wanted to cxxl the debit our credit card and with amount greater than the agreed. I told why, they said we will refund you 200 Euro upon check out when we see no damage in the apartment.. very bad experience
