Sharing Co presents this luxury apartment with a room with two single beds, beautiful views and a work desk inside. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray and toilet to take relaxing showers and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Additionally, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen with a bar and two stools.



From this point, you can discover within a few minutes of walking everything related to the old Madrid, you will have multiple shops, bars, restaurants, and emblematic streets with the best of Madrid culture at your feet. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to the most emblematic sites in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find the Arab baths five minutes away.



And as if that weren't enough, you'll be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you with the entire city.

A few steps away you will have the Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) that will connect you with all points of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. Keep in mind that for bookings of 28 nights or more:



1. You must sign a temporary lease agreement

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR

The pillows were terrible and I needed 2 to have sufficient support. For an apartment that supposedly could accommodate 4 people, there were only 3 pillows so only 1 of us could have 2 pillows. The window curtain was missing hooks at the top edge so the light could not be completely blocked off from the square.
