Falta de champú y jabón de manos, algo imprescindible ahora con el virus. Mucho ruido de los vecinos por la noche. La habitación algo decepcionante para las fotos que tienen puestas en la web.

Relación calidad precio buena. El váter no estaba muy limpio, en la taza tenia manchas que se veia que no se habían limpiado. La atención bastante buena, pendientes siempre a pesra de ser remoto. La ubucación esta muy bien, en plena plaza de alonso martinez.

No me pude quedar a dormir alli, porque despues de haber pagado con antelacion, no existia ninguna reserva a mi nombre y despues de media hora de hablar a traves de un interfono y pedirme una serie de extrañas requerimientos, tuve que desistir y BUSCAR OTRO ALOJAMIENTO PARA PASAR LA NOCHE. !!! Totalmente lamentable!!!. Espero que al menos me sean devueltos los 55 € que pague por algo que no pude usar. Ha sido la primera vez que he contratado a traves de Uds. y logicamente es la ultima.

Heaven for the budgeted digital hermit

Worth the price. If you get scared by technology be aware that they use a "digitized approach" whereby you never get to interact with staff, instead they talk to you through cameras and microphones. You don't get a key, you get three access codes. While this is sligtly more cumbersome than a regular hotel experience, it keeps their costs down, and so gives a better price. The area is great, near the center, walkable to a lot of fantastic attractions, nightlife and shopping.

There’s no people to attend. I personally believe that it’s very innovate way to to do the check in and check out. Using WhatsApp, cameras and codes... I like that part. :)

Excelente calidad precio para estar en el centro de Madrid. Tal vez en verano al dar a la calle, pueda resultar ruidoso.Con las ventanas cerradas, no hay ningún tipo de problema.

Hostal Asuncion

Für einen Kurztrip 2 Tage passt das Hotel. Besuch Bernabeu und wieder heim. Sehr sehr einfach man darf keine Ansprüche stellen. Zugangang zum Hotel und Zimmer erfolgt über Codes. reception ist nicht belegt. alles läuft über komunikation mit Handy oder telefon in der Hostal. Reinigungsservice sehr freundlich und sauber.

Hostal aceptable. Acceso informatizado mediante códigos. Cama cómoda. La separación del baño con la habitación es ridícula, poca intimidad si se comparte habitación con alguien con quien no se tenga confianza. Para la ducha, un sobre de champú que no da para absolutamente nada. Habitaciones mal insonorizadas.
