Staff went the extra mile to help us out. Stones throw from the metro and a really cool square with bars and restaurants around. 10/10. Loved every bit of the stay.

The staff was very nice. We arrived very late and she gave us a bigger room that was available for no extra charge. However the sheets were quite dirty. It was a little noisy outside but the big window shutters helped a lot. A dated room but ok. If not for the dirty sheets and a couple of small bugs (not bed bugs) the room may have been good. It was fine for what we needed, but i wouldn't stay again.

Clean and quiet in the heart of a super neighbourhood and steps away from anything that you need! Staff were great and accommodated my very last minute booking at midnight! Would recommend for sure.

This is a small cozy place to stay in Madrid.. Staff are very friendly and nice bed and clean room and bathroom. If I would come back to Madrid, I’ll keep this little treasure in mind!.

The staff was very very nice but they lie on the pictures. 1. It’s not a hotel. its an apartment with different rooms with private bathrooms. 2. The room is extremely small 3. The toilet was so small I couldn’t close the door 4. The shower is so small that I left a lot of water on the floor after ahowering.

The rooms are small, for the price - difficult to access if you have heavy bags. Need to go up stairs to access rooms. The only positive is the location.

Nice place but small

The location and staff were great. The room was really nice, classy and clean. The downside was it was pretty small and felt cramped. It wasn't great on sound proofing either and could hear guests outside the room or next door quite a bit.

Free breakfast included or not?

According to Hotels.com in the email they sent me the breakfast was included. However the hotel said it wasn’t. So what happened there? One of the employees did however give me breakfast free one morning as I guess they felt sorry for me which I was nice. Not sure I would use Hotels.com again. Had to provide my own breakfast on other days. The place was hard to find but good location. Because it’s basically 6 en-suite rooms in a converted apartment, you can hear the people living upstairs crashing around. Unfortunately they were running up and down at 5 am so woke me up. The hotel itself and employees were fine.

Weekend away

Lovely accommodation & very pleasant friendly staff. We arrived late on Friday & the young man who checked us in was very efficient. Breakfast provided on a tray in the room which was more than adequate and presented really well. Great location, we walked everywhere & no need to use the metro.

avoid this place!

Building under construction, w/ lobby full of ladders, tools, and construction dust ,.No elevator. must carry bags up. two slippery steep staircases to get to rooms. evening concierge, Bruns, was great but actually fell part of the way down the stairs when helping with bags. lLots of street Noise. owner refused to lower expensive rate despite fact that ads misrepresent condition of hotel and rooms, Avoid permanently!
