Super amable el personal, buen clima con quiénes se hospedan, la limpieza súper minuciosa y atenta, constantemente estaban chequeando el buen estado de baños y espacios. Muy cuidado. Lo único que mejoraría es aceitar o ajustar las cuchetas porque las camas rechinaban mucho pero realmente recomiendo hospedarse aquí

The mattress and pillow were comfortable. The bedroom was cooled well. The staff was friendly. The place was really clean. My only suggestions are more hooks and/or shelves in shower rooms for clothes and towel and keep toilet paper stocked in bathrooms.

El hostel está muy bien ubicado y con metro a un minuto de distancia. Por el precio, me parece excelente opción y de parte de la administración siempre se intenta mantener todo limpio. El olor en general no era el mejor, pero eso no se lo atribuyo a ellos jaja. Muy recomendable.

La Colombiana joven que trabaja en el hostel es muy irrespetuosa, te juzga y se mete en tu vida personal. Tocó mis pertenencias que tenía encima y debajo de la cama y me mezcló toda mi ropa por segunda vez. No hay espacio suficiente en la habitación para dejar tus cosas. Solo una taquilla pequeña. También me dijo que no podia salir en toalla para cambiarme en mi habitación porque los hombres comentan? Cuando solo hay un baño en la planta de arriba , y me parece muy machista y fuera de lugar decir algo así a una huesped. Y cuando le dije que por favor no tocara mis pertenencias, que estaba un poco desordenado porque me fuí corriendo a una entrevista, me responde que si tengo entrevista todos los días. Como tienen a una persona así trabajando de cara al público? También he sido amenazada e insultada por otros huéspedes, y no han tomado medidas. Por esta chica me quieren echar, y si es así voy a reclamar a quien haga falta. Porque quien tiene que responder por su comportamiento y falta de respeto a un huésped es ella. Que mala experiencia.

I like the staff, the place is very safe. Only thing is the mattress. Also need more bathrooms, and to fix the water because after a certain amount of people shower it stays cold
