The room was small but very comfortable and luxurious for its size. The building was beautiful.There is an elevator but it is VERY tiny. The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Plaza Mayor, Reina Sofia Museum, many restaurants to choose from and one of the best Flamenco shows I’ve seen Tablao Flamenco 1911. Really a great hotel.

Clean, very conveniently located close to Plaza Mayor, Sol, and Line 1 Metro. 400 ft from Tirsa de Molino. Very Reasonable rates for location. Basic rooms. Easy to get in. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Would stay again for location.

This hotel was just perfect. Located on the 5th floor of an apartment building, this hotel was just simply perfect. The room had airconditioning which was appreciated given the Spanish heat. Check-in was simple and could be done remotely. They than give you an app, which controls all the locks (the building, the floor and your room) Location wise, just minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. In addition, metro and supermarket are at the corner of the street. Would recommend.

Room was large (Kingsize bed) and had a small balcony facing the road side. A/C was welcome. Bathroom was very clean & all modern. Room was next to reception desk & noise could be heard with talking in the morning people checking out. Hotel in a great location easily walkable to main sights such as Plaza Major & Puerto Sol. The location is very convenient. It’s walkable to all the places we wanted to go. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is on the 5th level so you get to see locals staying in other floors. The room is great! It’s spacious, modern, and has basic hotel amenities available. It’s clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Just a minor nitpick, the walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the lobby which can be loud at times.

The hotel is in the most excellent location within the walking distance from all the major landmarks. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite. Our room was ready well before the check in time. However the rooms are very small. There are no drawers, closets, safe boxes. If you just need a place to stay, it will be perfect.
