nice hotel, modern, in the center

Pros: modern, friendly staff, well equipped. breakfast was OK
Cons: room to room sound insulation needs drastic improvement
although I was upgraded to a suite, I was terribly disappointed by the fact that I could hear and understand every word spoken in the room next to mine! Does not help to have a jaccuzzi in the room when your neighbours are up until 3AM.

Great hotel right in the heart of Madrid.

Lovely hotel perfectly positioned in the city centre. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had 101 only had a small balcony which looked onto a seating area within the hotel but was very quiet. The facilities in the room were excellent, fantastic shower and all very modern.

Liegenschaft derzeit im Umbau, obere Raeume wie Terasse und Bad nicht benutzbar. Zugang infolge Baustelleneinruchtung erschwert.

Wir sind dort wegen der schönen Terrasse hingegangen und diese war wegen Umbau geschlossen. Das Zimmer war stockdunkel, es gab ein Fenster aber dort war direkt eine Mauer, also es kam gar kein Licht dazu. Das Zimmer war allerdings sauber. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht dass das Rooftop geschlossen war.

Emplacement idéale .. proche des métros et lieux d intérêts . Dans une ruelle au calme. Shopping restaurant , bars etc . À proximité .
