For stays of less than 28 nights:

• Keys are collected at a pickup point near the building. We will send you the details before your arrival.

• Schedule: €0 Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Sundays until 7:00 PM | €60 outside these hours.



For stays of 28 nights or more: • In this case, check-in will be in person and you must coordinate your arrival time in advance with our team. Schedule: €0 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM | €60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract • Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included up to a maximum of 150 EUR per month. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received • Internet included • An additional administrative fee of 150 EUR will be applied.
