Great service at front desk. But the kid at the restaurant, Rafa, went above and beyond when we needed him. He was charm, polite, funny and very nice service. The Hotel smells like new and is very high class and confortable.

Not what we booked

The hotel was nice and well maintained and the breakfast was good. I booked a regular room and ended up being placed in an accessible room which I’m not a fan of. We asked why we were in the room and they told us they were fully booked but obviously someone would have booked the accessible room but we were moved there unfortunately. Biggest issue was the bathroom set up because it was for accessibility. When we showered it literally flooded the whole room and we had to ask for more towels. The mini bar was nice to have and it was free.

Close to airport, kid friendly and very clean!

Beautiful and clean hotel very close to the Madrid airport. Nice that they offer free shuttle every 30 mins from airport to hotel and vice versa. Big buffet breakfast with delicious food choices. Loved the complimentary drinks in the room was a nice touch. Even gave the kids coloring books and crayons. Would stay here again.
