The bedrooms are a bit small and the door for both the wc and closet was kinda annoying. We had to wait for a long time to order food when we arrived and we were in a hurry for an event. This is a great place to stay at. Metro station is 10min walking. Offers some stores and restaurants nearby. Area is quiet. Staff is great! They made sure we had a great experience from the beginning. Shout out to Julián, Luis and Alejandro. Food is paid, but it's worth it. The room was on the smaller size, but it felt cozy. Cleanliness is top notch, never had an issue. We were there for 1 week, and definitely would recommend it.

The hotel is in northern part of the city, bit far from the main tourist attractions like palaces. It’s relatively clean but the room looks unfinished. It lacks tables and some convenient utilities, not very comfortable.

Very hot rooms, staff refused to turn on A/C, saying it was 'winter', even though it felt in the 80's as reported by the weather service. Could not even run the fan in the room without asking reception to turn it on. Staff gave several conflicting reasons, but refused to enable A/C. Security windows that opened about 3 inches, so no air flow from the window.
