Summary:
Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors.

Located in the golden mile, the most luxurious neighborhood, in Barrio Salamanca, 1-min walk to Calle Serrano. It's also just 3-min walk from the famous Puerta de Alcalá.

The Space:
Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests.

The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

WE ALSO HAVE A SECOND ACCESS WITH A DIRECT LIFT TO THE APARTMENT ( BACK DOOR) THAT CAN BE USED BY GUESTS. PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFOREHAND SO WE CAN ARRANGE THE KEYS 🙏🏻

The Neighborhood:
Barrio Salamanca is the best neighborhood in Madrid. A neighborhood known for its upscale boutiques, Salamanca offers an amazing window shopping experience, especially along the Golden Mile, which is where the apartment is set. Some of the best fine dining restaurants in the city are steps away.

It is surrounded by luxury in both its retail and recreational form. It offers an amazing window shopping experience, specially the Golden Mile, which the apartment is located. Salamanca is known for having world-renowned designer labels in fashion, homeware and the like, as well as some of the city's finest dining. In addition the apartment is just a minute walk to the most famous and biggest park in Madrid, el Retiro.

a) Taxi or Uber – 25 minutes
b) Train (Cercanías line C1) – 30 minutes. Take Renfe Cercanías from the airport to Recoletos station.

From Atocha Station

b) Bus 203 – 12 minutes. Take the 203 bus from Atocha Station to Cibeles, then walk 7 minutes.
