Excelente ubicación, en excelentes condiciones, daba gusto ingresar allí, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía excepcional, como algo a resaltar el parking va por aparte y es mucho más cómodo adquirirlo directamente con el propietario

Cosy flat in a lively Madrid neighbourhood

We had a very nice stay in Madrid. The flat is small but cosy and well enough equipped for four people. The owner was very nice and helpful, always responding quickly to our questions and requests. The neighbourhood is lively with a lot of bars, shops and a great gourmet market with South American food stands (Mercado de Prosperidad). Also very well communicated with the main tourist attractions. The street is quiet, so one can get a well deserved sleep after running around Madrid all day (and night ;) ). We had a great time. Thank you!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca de la estacion de buses y de metro. Perfecto para grupos de 4. Daniel fue muy atento y nos recibió estupendamente. ¡Repetiremos!
