Clean and spacious. Short walks to most attractions. Metro is across the street. Two grocery stores right next to the hotel. As far as location goes, it is perfect. It is old town Madrid, so some noise would be expected.

terrible experience. I've submitted a claim for reimbursement. I was not able to stay in this property. the fire alarm went off for an extended period of time with no staff providing assistance, the check-in device was malfunctioning, the room look poorly cleaned and very different as it was shown online, extensive constructions was taking place across the street creating multiple inconveniences for access, noise, pollution. Extremely disappointed with this venue and its operators.

Clean and very spacious apartment room, larger than we expected. We were able to use the washing machine and drying rack with ease and they even provided a small welcome package with laundry detergent and dish soap for the kitchen. The bathroom was great and beds were a bit firm but not terrible.

When we arrived, the check-in experience was very uncomfortable. The woman at the reception desk was in the middle of an argument with a co-worker and didn’t acknowledge us for at least a minute. No greeting, no “welcome,” just a blunt “name” and a request for passports. Not a great first impression. The apartment looked nice at first glance, but the cleanliness issues quickly became obvious. There was visible mold all over the shower, and the washing machine—which was one of the main reasons we booked this place—had thick black mold inside. It was so bad you could wipe it with a tissue and it would come off black. We couldn’t use it at all. As an apartment-style hotel, it came with cups, glasses, and basic kitchen items, but the glasses had clear mouth prints on them from previous guests. Nothing had been properly washed, which was just totally unacceptable. Overall, the space felt dirty, which was really disappointing given the price. The layout, view, and surprisingly quiet atmosphere were the only positives. Unfortunately, based on the check-in experience and the level of cleanliness, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Los apartamentos muy cómodos pero el sistema y la localización se sienten un poco inseguras. El área alrededor estaba en construcción. La localización con respecto a amenidades muy buena. La remodelación es nueva por lo que los apartamentos por dentro son muy agradables.

Everything about MH Apartments was spot on! The location is excellent for walking to all the great sites of Madrid plus it has a metro station very close for some places which may be too far to walk to. It’s very comfortable and modern with a great shower and comfy beds. It’s in between two markets so we picked up items for breakfast which was great on our budget. Kitchen is fully equipped including a washer and dishwasher. There is quite a bit of construction going on currently on the street where the building is located and I suspect that will be going on for a while. However, the location is quiet at night and the A/C works great so you’ll get a good night’s rest.

This place is a hit and miss at the same time. Location was central, right next door to two grocery stores. I got the studio and it was huge and clean and modern. Really appreciated the kitchenette, living area, washer, and bug bathroom. The female staff who did the check in and out was very nice and helpful and responsive. Thank you! The cons: the immediate area is doing major construction, so lots of noise and dust, the walkway was unsafe and inaccessible in certain areas (bad for wheeling luggage around). Right outside are homeless people who just hang around infront day and night , some were drunk and high and I felt uncomfortable walking past them when entering and exiting. I could not sleep bc the street was noisy well into the night and the construction early in the day. If you want a quiet night sleep without homeless people around, this is not the place.

Séjour à Madrid

Bel appartement, bien situé pour visiter la ville. Il y a des travaux présentement sur la rue, mais cela ne nous a pas déranger, c’est bien isolé et calme malgré cela. Les chambres sont confortables et c’est propre. Seul commentaire à prendre en considération, c’est que les équipements de cuisine sont très limités. Nous étions 4 jours, il y avais seulement un sachet pour laver la vaisselle, pas d’essui tout à disposition, bref, rien n’est fourni (sel, poivre, huile etc…), juste quelques capsules de café et 4 sachets de sucre. Sinon, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
