The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning system was functioning very well. It has a small kitchen but with all rhe necessary appliances to make our day breakfast, because we just explore new restaurants each day of our stay. The property is located in the middle of two supermarkets that have everything you need. We spent $50 buying groceries to prepare our breakfast during one week and we were amazed about how cheap is the food compared with our hometown. In addition, you just cross the street and you are in the entrance of the Metro Station. We felt safe walking through the streets of Madrid and the property surrounding. We just fell in love with this city.

The room was very modern and clean. The staff was fantastic and even looked after our bags after checkout. It is in a perfect location between grocery stores and across from the metro. The rooom is well equipped with dish washing stuff. Plenty of dishes for two and a dish washer as well as clothes washer. Perfect!

Right next to metro, 10 min walk to Sol. Clean and pleasant front desk. I would have given a 5, if the maintenance was kept up, the wall socket in the bedroom was coming off the wall, the iron had burnt and it was not possible to take showers at the same time as the hot water was not enough even though the apt had two showers.

The property was excellent. Very clean, comfortable for 4 people and everything worked. Well equipped. Walking distance to Puerta del Sol and Playa Mayor. 2 supermarkets in the same block. Subway stop across the street, very convenient. Some sketchy individuals were roaming around the square across the street but that didn’t bother us.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Nuria and Saray were great hosts and were helpful throughout. The property is great with an upstairs bed and kitchen and sofa downstairs. It was great for our family of 4. The location is fantastic close to the metro and easy walking distance to many key and fun sights

MH Apartments are good for a budget, but left some to be desired. They allow late check-in, but the process is done on an extremely slow computer in the lobby, which declined my credit card 3 times. I had to call customer service, who told me the card must have a PIN. Why would I be expected to use a debit card all of a sudden when it was not used or mentioned during the booking process? Who uses a debit card to pay for a hotel? Completely nonsensical, they should pay for a system that works. There was a fire alarm going throughout the entire building for nearly 2 hours. A deafening, high pitched sound. Guests had no idea what was going on & were not contacted. Upon calling customer service, was told “someone is coming to turn it off,” which did not happen for at least another hour. It was late November with temperatures in the 30sF, yet the thermostat was locked onto the cool setting. We could not have heat the entire stay, it was frigid in the apartment the whole time. I had to keep the towel rack on to frequently warm my hands up. As they are trying to teeter between short-term rental & hotel to reap the benefits of each, there is a front desk but never anyone at it to help. They do not provide housekeeping, yet they only supply 2 tiny trash bins in the kitchen, none in the bedrooms, & a small amount of towels & toilet paper. Also, the shower floods very easily, overflowing before it can drain. Positives - it was clean, it had outdoor views and a small balcony.

Great location (even with the renovation in the square). Metro station in front of the hotel. Two supermarkets next to the hotel. Room as shown in the photos. I only missed the change of towels and dish soap for the kitchen.

terrible experience. I've submitted a claim for reimbursement. I was not able to stay in this property. the fire alarm went off for an extended period of time with no staff providing assistance, the check-in device was malfunctioning, the room look poorly cleaned and very different as it was shown online, extensive constructions was taking place across the street creating multiple inconveniences for access, noise, pollution. Extremely disappointed with this venue and its operators.
