Good: - unit was a fantastic, spacious duplex. - LIDL right next store. - Walking distance to many attractions. - Washer and drying rack. Bad: - Upstairs shower no hot water. - A door handle was broken. - Shady characters outside of entrance. - No parking, nearby garages charge ~30 EUR for 24 hours.

The property was centrally located in Madrid and was very convenient. The room was clean and was well designed. It offered everything we needed, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, dishes, cups and glasses, washing machine, etc. The only issue we had was that the items (shampoo, body wash, coffee pods) were supplied only for one day. I wish they had given us enough for the days we stayed there.

The location was perfect! We could walk to everywhere. There was a grocery under the apartment, and many cultural options just around the corner. I just didn’t like that in the bedroom for the couple, there were 2 twin beds, there was no microwave, and the washer was not dryer too. Small issues compared to the advantages.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location to explore the city. The plaza was great for people watching, dining shopping. The apartment was a little small for 4 adults. It was a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room The adjacent dining area next to the living area was cramped. The kitchen was not well equipped. You can easily walk to the main train station w/ a bag.

Loved the location. Metro across the street. Very close to Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants although lots of people and the restaurants fill up quick. Try and make reservations. The staff at the front desk was great. It's safe enough but like any other big city, be aware of your surroundings. Lots of police presence. Only draw back the construction on the side street can get loud. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. Nice beds.

Excellent Stay in a Beautiful City

The location is perfect for the metro which is steps away. It is easy to use and feels very safe. Restaurants and groceries are very close. Everything you needed was in working order and included a small starter pack for washing machine and dishwasher. It is on a busy street so regular city noises can be heard. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend.

Comfortable stay with a superb location

The property itself is in great shape, the location was perfect. It was great to have a fully functional kitchen and be able to wash clothes. Only thing to note, note an issue with the hotel, is that you might want to have ear plugs as the central location means there are 'big city' sounds ie. sirens, party goers, etc.

The apartment seems luxurious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and the metro. I would give it 5 stars if more coffee k-cups were provided. They only gave 2 k-cups even though we had 3 guests for 3 nights.

Upon arrival there were a few minor maintenance issues. Broken curtain, broken toilet seat and we were told maintenance would come to fix but they never did even though we stayed for 2 nights. Other than that the apartment is spacious, comfortable, with food amenities.

Overall this property is worthy to stay again. It is close to the Royal Palace and other local food market, Grocery is downstairs and the metro is on the side of the stree. I requested a quiet room. The reception put us on the level 2, it is quite noisy in the middle night when the council collects the garbage every night. It is also very clearly to hear people were talking on the street. There is no onsite parking, we have to leave our car in a public car parking. The bath room drainer is blocked and not very convenient for shower.
