Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. The credit card used when booking the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo ID. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival.
