The "check in" staff seemed committed to succeeding. Look I think I understand the business model, presumabling gouge the students during semester times, then use the resources to make money during student vacations. But checking in is a nightmare as they try to minimise staff through virtual means which leave punters without people to help, esp if your phone isnt working. It took a while and some walking between venues - looks like a conference took priority. The room itself did not even have a cup to make a cup of tea and the aircon was ineffective. It was not a comfortable stay. Seems located out in the boondocks too.

Terrible registration process. At around 11 PM, they made me and another guest go to a different building (a 7 minute uphill walk) to register (which took a good 20 minutes), then the registration lady told me that my room was at the original location (a 7 minute walk back), only to find out that my room was actually at a 3rd building, (another 7 minutes away, also uphill.) - Absurd! Finally, the facilities are located in an industrial/commercial area with no restaurants or entertainment near by. - Would not recommend.

The Check in is in one building and then in my case the room or flat is on another building like 6 block away that you have to walk with your luggage or hired a Taxi to get there and Youn need to good thru a long processs to create a virtual key down loading and app and the staff have to explain you a lot of this to get in , one late night I could not get in because my phone was low battery with my kid …. Terrible and luckily the door finally open. I think this is a place to stay for a long time and not a short stay. There is not bathroom supplies and The A/C you don’t have control even thought there is a panel in the apartament. The area does not feel safe and the there is a lot of beggers around it amd last but not least the nearest Metro station are very far from this place. Don’t get me wrong is a nice place , good price but it comes with a lot of downsides. Thanks

Was surprisingly clean and well maintained. It was basically a dorm room that lacked soap/other basics. Had a small kitchen. Was confusing to check in as the property is a collection of a bunch of different buildings. A bit noisy too. Overall 6/10

When I first came to the room the lights were not working I had to open the fuse box and fix myself however the lady when checking in was amazing despite not knowing a lot of English she assisted me with direction well and when expecting the two beautiful staff members were welcoming and had no problem helping me check out would come again

You have to check-in at another building several blocks away. There is no physical key; they use a digital key from an app which you have to download. The digital key did not work when I arrived, and several other guests were also struggling with the app and trying to contact the office in the other building. There is no one in the actual building where the unit is to help you. I finally reached someone through the intercom to help, but she was not polite or apologetic. The unit itself (individual bed) is small but clean. But note there are absolutely no hand soap, utensils, plates, cups, etc. provided. This is very strange for a unit that is advertised as having a kitchen/microwave. The location is close to Cuatro Torres/Chamartin but very poorly connected (due to bad urban planning and construction). Plan on taking an uber/taxi everywhere or walking a long distance to the train station. Overall, I would NOT recommend staying here. There are many other options with better amenities and better location in Madrid at a similar price point. Stay away!

El problema del hotel ha sido que tuve que esperar 30’ para que hubiera alguien en recepción, y después me dieron un habitación y cuando llego veo que la están limpiando otros 40’ para que acabase! Voy al hall donde tienen máquinas y resulta que no funcionan ninguna ya que no te recoge la monedas…
