It is in great location! Walking distance to almost all major attractions in Madrid. Has washer which is a plus. This has been great stay for our short stay as we utilized the location well but this I feel is even better for longer stay because of the amenities it carries.

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable to stay at. Area is beautiful, surrounded by historic older buildings. We enjoyed walking around, felt very safe. Five stars overall.

Last minute switch but wonderful!

We were already enroute when the landlord notified us of a plumbing issue in the unit we’d booked. He graciously accommodated us in a different unit, so I am not actually reviewing the one pictured here. The unit we stayed in was huge! Two bedrooms , two bathrooms, full kitchen and living space, beautiful views from the deck. Also, great location!

Acojedor y bien situado

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, y la ubicación es muy buena, en pleno corazón de La Latina. Está muy limpio, y es bonito. Además se pasa la noche sin escuchar un solo ruido. La comunicación con Yadira ha sido muy buena, responde a los mensajes en muy poco tiempo. Repetiría sin duda.
