The room was bigger than expected, clean, modern and had a very large TV with and the main English channels (BBC1 & 2, ITV and Channel 4). The hotel is within walking distance of a couple of Madrid Metro stations. However the pool is much smaller than expected and was crowded. Additionally the surrounding area is very quiet with a lack of bars and restaurants

Stayed for a few days to explore Madrid. Outside the main areas hence the cheap price but the metro stop is a short 10 mins walk away that had us in the middle of Madrid in no time. There is a supermarket about 5 mins away and a couple of great restaurants/takeaway within walking distance. Pool was great for a break from the heat however it does get busy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Lovely place and lovely staff - great place!

Lovely friendly staff - easy check in and out. Good local knowledge. Restaurant was lovely - food was good and breakfast was really nice and v reasonable - free for kids too! Pool was lovely, indoor and outdoor spaces lovely. Really great stay.

When I went to Spain, I went to about 4 hotels, but this passes with flashing colors in the number 2 spot. The lobby was very big and nice. It had a bar, restaurant, pool, and a gym. The place its self was very clean and well kept. The room it self had a closet, two beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a tv with a desk. The staff were amazing. From the waiters to the receptionists, they were all so kind and thoughtful. The hotel is also close to a bus stop, which helped so much. I do think they could addd some more family friendly things to do in the lobby like a playground or a little booklit in the room for family’s with kids to do. I was very impressed with my stay overall and it was one of my best stays in a long time.

Novo never again

This hotel was not located near anything other than apartment buildings and some office building so the location is poor. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed, even though I asked them to and they were dust piles in corners. The walls in the bathroom had stains on them that could’ve been removed With a wet tissue, but we’re not. Staff was friendly and energetic. Check-in was quick.
