The apt is centrally located close to center of Madrid Sol and major attractions and is in excellent condition, newly renovated. The apt is on 4th floor but the building has an elevator which is convenient. The only thing we didn’t like is that the apt is facing a small courtyard and has no view of the city or street but on the plus side this makes it a quiet place away from all the city noise. Roberto was an excellent host and met us on arrival and explained everything.

Beautiful Apartment in Calle Mayor

Our host Roberto was wonderful, courteous, pleasant and very friendly. Our train arrived late and Roberto patiently waited for us to arrive. When we arrived, Roberto took his time to explain the areas on the map, where to eat, shop and everything about the apartment. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and will definitely return and will recommend this apartment. Thank you. Maureen and Jerry

Cómodo y céntrico departamento con súper Mercado a muy corta distancia y todo lo que se pueda necesitar. El anfitrión Roberto muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera. El servicio de limpieza excelente. Seguro regresaremos!!
