It is a unique house of the 17th century, which preserves all the essence of the time and integrates the set of buildings that make up the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, forming part of the buildings with monumental category.This penthouse is undoubtedly one of the most special apartments in the city. It is the perfect place for those looking for a unique stay. The views from the terrace are very exclusive within reach of the privileged few.Upon entering the apartment we find a modern bathroom and a kitchen integrated in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday use. The living area is open, elegant and comfortable and through it you access the rest area, with a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and a small balcony that overlooks the Plaza Mayor.In front of the kitchen we will find a staircase to acces to the private terrace of the apartment. The terrace has been completely restored and fully furnished with garden furniture, and is designed for maximum enjoyment, it also has a solarium area to enjoy the good weather of the city.
