Amazing hotel and excellent staff! They helped us get an extra room, call Royal Palace for hours and tickets (The palace was suddenly closed due to a meeting.) The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were quiet and clean.

I found the size and quality of the rooms not suitable for a 4 star hotel. The furniture is bad quality, broken and of no taste. The rooms are small. There is no lobby space to sit. It is not good for the money

The hotel is located at a very strategic place, close to metro and dining options. The area is safe. They provided of bottles of water for free, which we appreciate. Our room faces the side street and it's super quiet. Things which could be improved: - Property upkeep: sink faucet came off the sink, button for the shower is jammed, door handle of the bathroom is loose and makes clanky noise everytime it's used - Mattress is comfortable but is squeaky when you get on/off Overall, it's a nice stay and I would stay here again if we were in Madrid again.
