Located in a building with an elevator, it’s the perfect place to live like a true local during your stay in the capital.
The apartment offers two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: With a balcony to the street, a king-size bed (200x200 cm), and storage space.
Bedroom 2: With an en-suite bathroom, two single beds (200x80 cm each), and storage space.
All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, ideal for longer stays in the city.
The kitchen provides generous storage space and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, and all kinds of kitchenware.
There are also two full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers.
The living room is designed for comfort, with a cozy sofa, flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table — the perfect spot to relax after a long day of studying or working. From the living room, you can access two of the balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh air.

There’s no need for a car — you can easily explore all of Madrid’s main attractions on foot. But if you do prefer public transport, the nearest metro stations are:
Callao Station(Lines 3 and 5): 1 minute walking distance.
Santo Domingo Station(Line 2): 2 minutes walking distance.
Gran Vía Station(Lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking distance.
Sol Station(Lines 1, 2, and 3, plus Renfe C3, C4, and Intercity commuter trains)

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
