Just a few metres away is the Plaza de España, a popular place for tourists and locals alike, and many tourist attractions, such as the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral. To the west of the Argüelles neighbourhood is the Parque del Oeste, a peaceful and picturesque space that is home to an Egyptian temple, the Temple of Debod. You will be able to move easily to the main leisure areas of Madrid, as it is well connected to the transport network.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très bien situé, en centre ville, à 2 pas du métro, avec un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 23h à 100m. Lit confortable, le canapé lit un peu moins. Les équipements (lave vaisselle, lave linge) sont conformes à la description.

Piso no recomendable

El piso le falta mantenimiento cuando estuve allí la lavadora se desencajó y no se puedo poner más lavadoras , y es más pequeño de cómo se ve en las fotos , también el agua caliente se ve que la caldera no es muy grande y hay que ducharse muy rápido porque si te tardas en la ducha, te duchas con agua fría
