Perfect location in Plaza Mayor, close to the metro station and all services available. Room was very clean and comfortable, perfect to stay with the family. Easy communication with the staff, they also shared a lot of useful documents to facilitate our stay in Madrid...higly recommended!

Thanks to this hotel and all of support ,we could spend great days during the travel.

Everything was massively more than great! Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Kitchen equipments like microwave oven and wide refrigerator are very useful for a few stay. Super good location of the hotel helped us walk around the city flexibly. very kind and good communication everytime. We do fully repeat if there is a chance to visit madrid agian. Thank you so much! Nothing special!

Totally would book again given my experience on my next trip.

Location is super convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The property manager communicated well on WhatsApp and is very responsive.. The door and elevator is a bit close. Not really noisy but can hear people once in awhile. Could use some more insulation but it isn’t too terrible.

Välkomst gåvor, kök faciliteterna, bästa läge, nära till 2 Metros, man kan hitta allt man behöver på dem hundratals affärer och restauranger, bara man kommer utanför fastigheten. Nära till Gran Via och till Sol. Vi var i Paris, Rom, Venedigt, Florence och det här var bästa Boende av alla! Det finns möjlighet att boka taxi till bästa priset! Paty taxi driver, var förtjusande och underbär! Personalen till hans under hälla vistelsen ifall någonting kan behövas! Allt fungerade
