It's a studio ...

This apartment is in a wonderful location for exploring Madrid, plus supermarkets and bars nearby if you don't feel like going too far.The check-in process is complicated and convoluted, and older guests might struggle. Even when all the gatekeepers have been negotiated, normal entry requires use of three physical keys and one digital pad.The apartment is presented as one bedroom plus a pull out couch for another couple. No way Jose! The "bedroom" is not enclosed and this apartment should be described as a studio.

The host was quick to respond when our flight arrived late and still met us at the door to show us around. The location has a bus stop on the front step and is between two main metro stations. It’s near many restaurants and small grocery stores. We slept comfortably, on one queen bed and one pull out sofa bed with a sheet and duvet. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, and one cleaning tablet provided for each of those. Any extra you will have to purchase yourself. There is a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, toaster, nespresso machine, and microwave, but the place is missing basic cooking ingredients. Things like salt, pepper, and oil you will have to purchase yourself. The wifi is good and the tv and bathroom worked well. Overall a great experience!

would be better if there is a dryer. please also mention on your website (we used booking.com) that balcony has no view. aircon did not work during our stay but no problem since it was cold. but that should be fixed. lastly, coffee was not enough. only 2 pcs for 2 persons for 5 days and 4 nights
