Wonderful stay in Madrid.

This is a boutique hotel in an excellent location of the Barrio Salamanca of Madrid. The hotel is quiet, luxurious and spotless. The moment we arrived we felt at home, personal touch everywhere and with everyone. Breakfast is outstanding. Concierge was able to get us every reservation we requested. We are specially grateful to Alvaro in the front desk and Adria, multi task gentleman who helped on everything.

Kind staff, but too much and not authentic. As soon as we’d walk in they would scramble to all get up and greet us - really not necessary and seemed forced. Clean, but plumbing issues - water drainage in bathroom sink and shower/tub were inadequate. Bathroom was separated and had door. No fan, with the door closed it gets very hot in there. Temperature control in room was not working well. Air conditioner was blasting throughout the night (facing the bed directly) and if would change the temp by .5 degrees, would shut off and be hot. There was no sensor or automatic function, No turn down service; for the price being charged this should be a must.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Rooftop bar was fun. Rooms were small but expected. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was great, as they usually are in a R&C property.

The hotel is beautifully appointed with high end finishes. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is very well located and is relatively close to nice restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful. Room was very comfortable and eveyything was top quality. The staff was very friendly. We landed very early morning and reached the hotel at 7am. They made sure our room was ready that early and provided us with free early check in.

The hotel is an ideal boutique property. The property feels like an elegant home . Our room, a junior suite was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Also very quiet for an urban hotel. The well trained staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We had a warm and delightful welcome from Antia. She recommended and booked outstanding dining experiences.
