THE AREA

Retiro II is located in the Retiro neighborhood, one of Madrid’s most iconic areas. Its proximity to the Ibiza metro station offers excellent access to Madrid’s public transportation. Plus, you’ll find all essential services within walking distance — pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more.

GETTING AROUND

Metro: Ibiza (Line 9) is just a 2-minute walk away. Príncipe de Vergara (Lines 2 and 9) is about 10 minutes away on foot.





How to get to the apartment:

From the airport:Take Metro Line 8to Colombia, then transfer to Line 9and get off at Ibiza. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the apartment.

From Atocha Station:Walk to Palos de la Frontera, take Line 3to Sol, then transfer to Line 2and get off at Príncipe de Vergaraor Goya, and walk from there.

From Chamartín Station:Take Line 1 or 10to Plaza Castilla, then transfer to Line 9and get off at Ibiza. Walk from there to the apartment.

You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby public parking lots. Please consult the Madrid City Council website for information about environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.
