Nice cute cozy room, but had to bring down to 4 stars due to the shower area - the floor gets soaked because there's no shower curtain and the glass is too narrow to avoid splashing the floor

Front of house staff were very helpful throughout. Housekeeping was at a very good standard over both rooms. The room was a good standard and very spacious, only thing I would suggest is a change to the TV settings to allow them to connect to the internet to access Netflix and You Tube.

The staff was amazing. My wife and I have been to Madrid a few time. On this trip we thought we would step out of our comfort zone and try new places. We so happy we pick this spot. The staff and their ability to speak different languages made communication so easy. They were so helpful they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From the warm welcoming to the little gifts in the room to giving advice on new places to eat. We will definitely stay here again and this might possibly be the only place we ever stay.

The staff was very helpful. Front desk went above and beyond to insure our expectations were met. My wife and I come to Madrid every year and this trip we decided to stay somewhere out of our normal. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to stay here. However this was one of the best choices we made. The staff really made us feel like they wanted us to stay with them and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Everything from the welcoming when we walked in to the treats in the room to suggestions on places to eat and just having small talk like we knew them for years. They even let us store our bags after check out so we could enjoy our last day in Madrid. Everyone the we spoke to at the front desk spoke multiple languages so communication was great. I’ll definitely be staying with them again next year.

We loved the hotel! Excellent location, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and very great service! … the only thing that makes me put 4 stars was the bathroom, a bit difficult to get in the tub and it splashed all the water to the floor because of the configuration. Even thought I love it and will stay again here when I come back.

The area and hotel staff are excellent. Our stay at Roomate Mario last year was excellent. For this 3 night stay, the AC would not cool our room. We had one day with no room cleaning service. We are very tolorant but at $400 plus canada dollars a night, the company should insure unquestionable service. .
