The staff was friendly even at the late hour of our arrival, just an overnight for a connecting flight. Breakfast was delightful with great variety of food and beverage options. Airport shuttle was conveniently scheduled by front desk and easy to locate and driver was very professional and helpful. Overall would stay again and highly recommend.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out and beyond. We had dinner at the hotel after enjoying a glass of wine outdoors. I forgot my backpack on the shuttle. The staff was very responsive and delivered it on the next shuttle. Above and beyond! I was so grateful. Would recommend this property in a heart beat!

Everything during our stay was really good. The shuttle to the airport was great and on time both ways. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was good with very comfortable beds but not sure the air conditioning was the best but we did not need much due to the fall weather. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Average hotel, ok for a business trip

Close to the airport with a shuttle bus and a pleasant enough 10 minute walk to the no.5 Metro, was the reason we picked it. It fulfilled that job. The family room is small though, all the bathroom is a nice size. Our room AC was loud and turned itself on an off constantly. There was a neck pillow someone had left under our bed that stayed there the 4 days we were there, so not much under bed cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean and very well serviced every day. Responsive staff at breakfast time and at reception. Gym was more like a home gym than a hotel gym. So fine for 1 night.
