Good breakfast until 11am with fresh squeezed orange juice and lots of options. The room with bunk beds was good for our kids. Nice staff.

Don’t overlook this place

Located in a neighborhood, with not a great deal around, but don’t judge it on that. Close to airport. Shuttle available. 5 minute walk to Metro station that takes you direct - one stop to Madrid Central €2 one way. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, and a quick bite offering if leaving hotel before 7am

Close to airport

Great staff, airport shuttle excellent. Breakfast was gruesome even for a continental one. No bread, fruit was 3 rotten bananas and 1 apple. Basically,coffee,orange juice, cereal and croissants, no cold meats or cheese etc.

We stayed here for one night before our flight out in the morning. It was perfect; clean, quiet, and the food in the restaurant was decent. The shuttle to the airport was included and was timely and fast. Staff was helpful and nice.

So so, Property, they nickel and dime you for everything. The airport shuttle is not timely. If you need a ride and good luck getting a hold of the hotel. Also the breakfast downstairs that looks like it’s free is not.

The hotel was only a short walk from a Metro station, giving easy access to the city centre. As this was my first visit I asked for information re transport from the airport to the hotel but was not told about the shuttle bus. The room was let down by poor wardrobe facilities and lack of hot drink making utensils. That said, it was good value.

The hotel was ideal , a few minutes from the airport with transfer provided. Away from the hustle bustle of the very busy city centre this was situated in a quiet residential suburb which had everything we needed, including cafes, bars and most anything you could think of. It also gave you an idea of the Spanish way of life. The hotel pool was very much appreciated with the recent warm weather.
