Duplex penthouse suitable for 8 people (two bedrooms with double beds, one with sofa bed, two puff-bed and a cot), with 100 m2 of housing and 30 m2 large decorated and furnished terrace with a variety of plants and modern outdoor furniture to enjoy the days with good weather.

Committed to energy efficiency, the apartment has the Certificate of Energy Efficiency rated C.

Located on the eighth floor of a modern building with 24 hour security. On the first floor are two bedrooms, the main hall, kitchen and bathroom. In one of the rooms has desk in case you need to work / study during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with latest appliances. Bar and four stools allow casual breakfast or lunch while optionally can watch your favorite program on a Smart TV from comfortable high-end sofa. If you prefer something more formal, we raise and open the white table and have a dining table for 6/8 people, when we finished ceases to occupy space and becomes a coffee table.

The top floor designed for maximum independence, with a bathroom, a living room and terrace. Puff has a bed and a double sofa bed high-end, a stay granted independence and in an environment overlooking the terrace.

One of the lockers at the top, there is a refrigerator that allows you to enjoy on the terrace of your cold drinks always close. In winter days feel like you choose to light the fire.
