Spanning across 78 square meters, Somma provides a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features one cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, providing a restful sanctuary for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience during your stay. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a single bed, perfect for additional guests. The other detached bathroom features a relaxing bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.

The living room is a welcoming space designed for relaxation and entertainment. The neutral color palette and light wooden furniture gives the space a chic beach vibe. It features comfortable seating, an entertainment system for your enjoyment, and a dining table where you can savor delicious meals or work on your laptop. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Somma is equipped with air conditioning and radial heating, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference and enjoy a pleasant environment regardless of the season. In addition, Somma provides the convenience of a doorman, offering assistance and security for a worry-free experience during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
